Martoccio Consulting LLC was created to help small business owners keep their financial records organized, accurate, and easier to understand.

Hi, I’m Scott, founder of Martoccio Consulting LLC. I have professional accounting experience and understand how important clean, reliable books are for making informed business decisions. My goal is to provide practical bookkeeping support without making the process more complicated than it needs to be.

I work with small business owners who need help with QuickBooks Online bookkeeping, catch-up and clean-up work, QuickBooks Online setup, and financial record organization.

My focus is on clear communication, reliable support, and helping clients build a bookkeeping process that is easier to maintain moving forward.

What I Work With

Martoccio Consulting LLC currently works with businesses using QuickBooks Online or businesses looking to get set up in QuickBooks Online from bank statements, spreadsheets, or other simple records.

At this time, I do not provide ERP migration services or complex accounting system conversions.

A Little More About Me

When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my wife, Sarah, our dogs (Kato & Joker), family, or church community. We are a Christian family, and my faith is an important part of how I try to live, work, and serve others.

I started Martoccio Consulting LLC because I wanted to use my accounting experience to help small business owners feel more organized and less overwhelmed by their books. I believe good bookkeeping support should be clear, reliable, and practical. My goal is to make the process easier to understand so business owners can spend less time worrying about their records and more time focusing on their business.
